The VA Taster Package – Price: £150

Never used a VA before?  This option is ideal if you would like to experience our business support services and find out just how well it can work for you and your business.  This package is also great if you would like to use us for a specific project or for a fixed number of hours.

Includes a free initial telephone consultation to see how we can best meet your needs, free set up and a further 4 hours dedicated to supporting your business.  Use all the hours all in one day or over the next 6 months, the choice is yours!                         
                                                                                                                                    

Pay As You Go – Ideal if you need a part time PA or Business Assistant

No long term commitment, no retainer fees and no “use it or lose it” bundles of hours. Here we’ve put together the ideal Pay As You Go Packages.  If you would like to use our personal business assistant services on a regular basis then our Pay As You Go tariff offers great value and complete flexibility, allowing you to use us ‘as and when’.  We will invoice you at the end of each month and charge you only for the hours you have used – as per the schedule below:

Buy your hours in 'bulk' and receive a 10% discount

If you know how much you wanted to be spending each month, then why not buy a 'bulk' number of hours (minimum purchase of 15 hours), pay upfront and receive a handy 10% discount.  As long as you use all of your hours within 60 days, you will not loose them!  This package is perfect for those business owners that want to stick to a budget.

Retainer Packages

This package is tailored specifically to the client, usually after a few months of using our services and once we have a firm tasks list and estimate of hours used throughout the month.  A Retainer Agreement will be signed by both parties.  Retainer payments are due by Standing Order on 1st of each month and payable in advance at a discounted rate to the PAYG prices above. Unused hours cannot be rolled over to the next month. Either Party may terminate the Retainer Agreement with thirty (60) days notice to the other Party at any time.



Additional services to be billed at cost:

Postage and stationery, Telephone Calls, Printing, Mileage (at 45p per mile), Travel, Copying etc
