Reading based virtual assistant service In a Pickle has just won a major UK award.
After taking part in a national campaign run by internet marketing company, The Best Of, In a Pickle has been voted the UK’s Best Loved Virtual Assistants.
Companies throughout the UK who advertise with The Best Of were invited to take part in a national “14 Days of Love” campaign in the lead-up to Valentine’s Day. The nationwide campaign involved thousands of businesses who asked their clients to “share the love” by providing testimonials over a two week period.
In a Pickle, which provides five-star admin support to small businesses, won their UK category as the nation’s Best Loved Virtual Assistant against some tough competition. The company was also voted the 5th best loved business in Henley-on-Thames.

Lisa Chaffey, who runs In a Pickle from her busy office in Whitchurch Hill said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have won this award as the nation’s Best Loved Virtual Assistants, it was a tough campaign with a lot of healthy competition.
“A huge thank you goes to all my clients who took the time to vote for me during the two week period of the campaign. At In a Pickle, we always strive to provide a first class, highly responsive service to our clients that goes the extra mile. We are always encouraging our businesses to “work smarter not harder” through our time-saving systems and tips,” she added.
“It’s also important to us to treat every one of our clients as a VIP, but keep our prices affordable to small businesses.”
In a Pickle recently celebrated its first Birthday after the company was launched in January 2009. Since then, it has gone from strength to strength with more than 35 clients on its books from all over Henley-on-Thames, Reading and the Thames Valley.
