How good are you at keeping in touch?

How good are you at keeping in touch? No doubt you have a contacts list as long as your arm - but how many times a year do those hard won contacts actually hear from you? Now we are not suggesting you immediately pick up the phone and call each and every one of them, but how about sending out an e-newsletter?

E-newsletters are an affordable, time-efficient way of keeping in touch with your clients and prospects, helping to get your name out there and keeping your business at the forefront of their minds. We always get a brilliant response rate from our monthly newsletters and they never fail to generate new business enquiries. But it’s not just us; it’s the same story for our e-newsletter clients!  All of them have been amazed by the responses that they get, especially from returning customers who may not have used their services in a while.

Got a website? Do you write a blog and have your own Facebook group? Why not use an e-newsletter to shout about them all? Social media together with e-newsletters are a great way of letting clients know what you are up to. They also give you an opportunity get your clients thinking about what other services you could be providing them.

If this idea grabs you, we offer a complete e-newsletter package competitively priced for either monthly editions or per issue. If you are excited about getting started, then get in touch with us today!

But if you do decide to send an e-newsletter to your clients, it’s important to make sure it grabs their attention and gets read.  Here are some helpful hints to ensure that your newsletter really stands out in people’s inboxes and says “READ ME”.

Great tip...As a band I have learnt that we can't just ask people to turn up at a gig or buy stuff as and when we feel like it...it is a bit inhuman. So we've now got a regular newsletter that keeps our friends and fans in touch with them every two weeks. Some open the newsletter, some follow the call to action and some don't open it. But even at worst, i.e not opening they know that we as a band always do our best to keep in touch, something that is so difficult to do in this information filled world.
