Lisa set up In a Pickle in January 2009 after quickly realising the need for an efficient, reliable and pro-active virtual assistant service in today’s more flexible working environment. Since then, she has taken this concept one step further by helping them to grow their business. Her proactive approach to the VA concept has given many small enterprises the step-up they so desperately needed.

Nic has a great deal of sales and marketing experience and has worked in a number of different fields from recruitment to financial services. Nic has a way with words and has been busily working away behind the scenes writing the in-house sales and marketing copy for In a Pickle for the past 2.5 years.

Nic is our "go-to guy", but his talents don’t end there. Having set up his own business Nic knows the challenges and stresses business owner’s face and the need to be versatile. As a result, Nic can turn his hand to any task and loves to take on a challenge.
In his free time Nic (a qualified Personal Trainer) enjoys the gym, running half marathons and generally being active. He also enjoys live music and tries to get to as many festivals and live events as he can.
